All our services start with decluttering. The Happy Home Crew gently guides you through the sorting and cleaning out process with helpful questions and useful tips. 

 

Gifts, funny mementos, treasured art—every item in our home or office has a story, so parting with them may take some time. Taking a “room-at-a-time" approach to decluttering well in advance of a pressing need to modify your lifestyle, will give you the chance to think carefully about what you really want to keep in your life. And giving your cherished items to the right person or organization can give them even more meaning.

 

Your space evolved over time with great love and patience; we encourage you to take the same approach as you prepare for your next chapter.

Our Decluttering Services

 

Auditing and Planning

We start with an in-depth conversation about your goals. What do you want it to look like in the end? How much can we get rid of? What is your budget?

 

Prioritizing

We take a detailed tour of the space to prioritize where to start. We always start with the “low-hanging fruit”, the easy stuff. What will make your space  safer? What do you want to get rid of? What are you emotionally attached to? What would you like to keep?

 

Who’s Overseeing the Decluttering Process?

Based on your budget and availability, we can do as little or as much as you are comfortable with. What do you personally want to do? What would make you happy to do? See our various packages! 

Digging In

We start in one room and methodically  move to the next level in that same room. We keep digging and eliminating as we go until the room is set up the way you like it. Only then, do we move to the next room.

This is what you want to keep. How do we organize it so it works well?

Packing and Hauling Away

We are a one-stop shop! Once the decluttering is complete, The Happy Home Crew leaves with the belongings you no longer want to keep. We have our own truck, so you don’t have to call a separate moving company. This is a seamless operation!

 

Coaching

Once you’re decluttered and organized, you can keep us around to make sure you stay organized. This additional service offers you accountability and real-time guidance if you have any questions in the maintenance of your newly decluttered space.
